very cheaply). Looks like this:

A direct connect cable from Advanced
Bionics which looks like this:

A direct connect earhook from
Advanced Bionics which looks like this:
What to do:
It is necessary to consult with the cochlear implant centre about
which program should be used for FM.
1)
Turn off the Harmony processor by removing the battery
pack. Turn off the Amigo R5 receiver.
2)
Plug the mono to stereo adapter into the Amigo R5 receiver
output jack.
