(II) Copying Data
•
Select the data to be copied.
•
Then either:
I. Right-click on the highlighted data and select ‘Copy’ from the menu.
II. Alternatively, the keyboard shortcut CTRL+C can be used.
(III) Deleting Data
•
The entire table can be cleared by clicking the lower red button.
•
Individual rows can be deleted by highlighting at least one cell in each row for deletion.
•
Then either:
I. Right-click on the highlighted data and select ‘Delete Row’ from the menu.
II. Alternatively, the keyboard shortcut Delete can be used.
•
A confirmation box will appear before any data is deleted.
