5.5 SMART NOTEPAD
The smart notepad is a feature that allows the creation and management of smart notes with which you can create
notes and alerts relating to a single fixture or the entire family.
By pressing the add button you can decide whether to create a new fixture or user style note.
Once the note has been created and any alerts have been set, in the notifications section at the top right the user
will be notified of any reminders or warnings.
The user also has the ability to create quick notes using the shortcuts on the left hand side.
In the left column, the user has the ability to manage the notes present or to create new ones through a shortcut
and on the right side of the screen a window will be shown where you can edit or add a smartnote, give it a name,
add a textual part and set up alerts.
If the user chooses to create a new “fixture type” note, a “fixture selection” window will open, this screen displays
all the fixtures cataloged by “MODEL” “UID” and “WH CODE”. After that the user can decide which fixtures to link
the note to. Clicking on the “NEXT” button the user will be shown the window in which to create the Smart Note, in
which he can set the name, type and comments and alerts.
