Installation and Operation Manual - Osburn 1700-I

ENGLISH

9.  Center the insert into the fireplace opening.

If necessary, adjust the height of the insert using the leveling bolts 

(DD)

 on each side of 

the convection air jacket until the faceplate is properly seated on the floor of the hearth 
extension.

10.  Align the notch in the faceplate extension with the bolt 

(CC)

 welded to the air jacket located 

and slide the faceplate assembly just over the bolt’s head and washer 

(BB)

. Then push towards 

the fireplace.

11.  Once the faceplate is in place, secure the assembly by tightening nuts 

(AA)

 using a 7/16"  

(11 mm) open end wrench.
