4-1 Touch probe
The touch probe is a function to set the external latch input signal (EXT1 input, EXT2 input) or the output signal (ZSG
output, TIM output) as a trigger, and to latch the position when the trigger is input. For the position to latch, either the
internal command position or the feedback position can be selected.
The touch probe has the touch probe 1 and touch probe 2.
