Dual System Selector (DSS)
The DSS is used to implement dual-system configurations (see section
1.5). Both
systems are managed via the CCU. See section
The DSS provides interfaces to the following:
Second Antenna unit
CCU for single source management and interface to the ship’s modem

The DSS front panel contains the On/Off switch.
