Windows Server 2008 R2 Stop Error

Bug 15657319

Issue:

With the Windows Server 2008 R2 operating system, a stop error (BSoD or “blue screen of

death”) occurs when you connect storage devices and the correct drivers are not installed.

Workaround:

Ensure that you have downloaded and installed the NDIS Miniport and Fibre Channel drivers

before installing the adapter hardware. For details, see 

“Installing Software for the Windows

OS” on page 51

.
