9.1.2.1 Scanning electron microscope installation procedure

After the instrument arrives, the user will be notified to arrive in time for installation.

The main contents of the installation work are

The installer will unpack and inspect

the goods together with the user according to the Packing List. After the installation

and commissioning of the installer is completed, the user will check the instrument

item by item according to the requirements of the “Installation Acceptance Report”.

After the acceptance is passed, the user signs and seals the report and submits it to

the company for filing and the user to reserve the bottom

After the instrument is

accepted by the installer, the user will be retrained for three 68 days according to the

requirements of the User Training Report, so that the user can master the basic

operation of the sample and the simple maintenance of the instrument. After the

training, the user signs the report and handed it over to the OPTO-EDU installer to

bring it back to the company for filing.
