The spindle sleeve feed moves with the preset selected feed rate (28) downwards and is
switched off as soon as the preset drill depth of the scale ring (33) is attained. The spindle
sleeve is then returned to its home position by the resiliency of the recuperating spring.

To use the manual fine feed with the handwheel (33):

Loosen the clamping lever (32) of the sleeve.

Set the feed speed on the selector switch (28) to "OFF".

Loosen the knurled screw for the prevention of automatic quill feed.

Drag the spindle sleeve lever (29) to right.
