Installation

Check if the underground of the drilling-milling machine is level using a spirit level. 

Check that the foundation has sufficient floor-load capacity and rigidity.

Place the sheet metal included in the scope of delivery on the machine base. The sheet 
metal is to prevent coolant from entering the substructure via the machine base.

ATTENTION!

An insufficient rigidity of the substructure leads to superposition of vibrations between
the CNC Milling machine and the substructure (natural frequency of the components).
Critical speeds and moves in the axis with displeasing vibrations are rapidly achieved in
case of insufficient rigidity of the whole system and will lead to bad milling results.

Place the drilling-milling machine on the provided underground.

Fix the machine base to the substructure with the provided through-holes.

WARNING!

The condition of the underground and the fixing type of the machine base to the
underground must be in a way that it can bear the loads of the drilling-milling machine.
The underground must be level. Check if the underground of the drilling-milling machine
is level using a spirit level.
