6.1.1 Preparation
WARNING!
Only work on the machine if it has been disconnected from the power supply.
Attach a warning sign which secures against unauthorized switching on.
After the system has been disconnected from power, wait at least five minutes before touching
any electrical connections on the system. This time period is necessary for the high-voltage
capacitors in the frequency inverter to discharge completely.
6.1.2 Restarting
Before restarting, run a safety check.


the machine is not damaged.
6.2 Inspection and maintenance
The type and level of wear depends to a large extent on the individual usage and operating
conditions. Any indicated intervals therefore are only valid for the corresponding approved con-
ditions.

Lubricate the drill column regularly with commercial oil,
machine oil, engine oil.

Lubricate the toothed rod regularly with commercial grease
(e.g. friction bearing grease).

Lubricate all oiler cups (height adjustment drilling table) with
machine oil, do not use grease guns or the like.
