Hardware Description

Front Panel Configuration

POWER BUTTON

Press to switch between STANDBY and POWER ON modes

CH Up/Down

BUTTON

Press to change services in normal mode, or to move highlighted-bar in

menu mode.

Display

The 4-digit shows service number or menu state in normal mode. Show local time in

standby mode.

Remote Sensor

Receives signal from remote controller.

STANDBY Indication LED(RED)

The LED lights on in standby mode.

REMOTE Indication LED(GREEN)

The LED lights on when a key on the Remote Control is pressed.

USB (Front)

Use it when connecting to external USB storage device.

SMART CARD READER

Insert smart card for encrypted service access.

PCMCIA

To receive other pay-tv service you need a CA-Module(Viaccess, Irdeto, Nagravison, etc.)

and a smart card from the service provider.
