Statistics and Batch Output File Extensions

Operator Manual

OPEX Corporation

6.1. Statistics

Manager, Supervisor and User level operators have access to report functions:

•

Create statistics reports

•

Back up statistics

•

Restore statistics

Use statistics reports to evaluate the efficiency of jobs run. The can

generate:

•

Individual Reports: Provide information on each job run. When selecting the

criteria for generating individual reports, if more than one job run fits the

criteria, a separate report is created for each run.

•

Summary Reports: Provide information on a job range defined in the

Statistics Reports Criteria window.

These two types of reports both have the following sections:

•

General Information

•

Overall System Performance Measures

•

Performance Details

6.1.1. Creating Statistic Reports

In the Main Menu, select

Statistics

In the

Statistics Reports Criteria

window, set the report parameters:

Jobs:

Select the Job(s). Select individual, multiple or all.

Operators:

Select the Operator(s) or the shift or all Operators.

Date:

Drop down to set start and end date.

Time:

Drop down to set the start and end time.

Job/Operator Lists

- select one of the radio buttons:

Current Jobs/Operators: Use as set in the Jobs and Operators lists.

Read thru previous runs: To find Jobs deleted from the current list of

Jobs and Operators. If a Job was deleted it is still stored in the stats
