Power supply units
There are two supply units that power specific
components.
If a power supply fails, it must be
replaced. Tech Support will send a replacement
device and walk you through the simple
installation using a 3/8” nut driver, snips, and
replacement zip ties

The 12v power supply (top in photo) powers
the speakers, amplifier, case fans, driver’s
license camera fan and light, top camera,
and lights on the kiosk
•
The 24v power supply (bottom in photo)
powers the lock vending motors, IO
controller and the handicap button
Lock Vending
Most lock dispensing issues can be fixed by properly
lock loading instructions here
For lock vending issues not corrected by reloading, see
the IO Controller section below.
IO controller
The Input/Output (IO) controller converts
electronic signals to computer signals and vice
versa. It controls the lock vending motors and
makes it possible to contact Live Help via the
kiosk screen or handicap button. For any issues,
