Data Capacity Tables
The maximum quantity of information that can be stored depends on the symbol size of the
code. The maximum data capacity in relation to the amount of information carried by the code
depends on the character type and the arrangement and combination of characters. The
relation between the symbol size (number of cells) and data capacity is shown in the following
table.
