According to the "Implementation Guideline for Digital Interface to
Instrument Transformers Using IEC 61850-9-2" of the UCA
International Users Group and according to "IEC 61869-9:2016
Instrument transformers - Part 9: Digital interface for instrument
transformers” (with fixed DataSets).
Sampling frequency
4,000 Hz (80 SPC) - 1 sample per packet
4,800 Hz (80 SPC) - 1 sample per packet
12,800 Hz (256 SPC) - 8 samples per packet
15,360 Hz (256 SPC) - 8 samples per packet
4,800 Hz - 2 samples per packet
14,400 Hz - 6 samples per packet
Synchronization
Synchronization attribute (smpSynch) can be set. Sample count
(smpCnt) zero is aligned with top of the second.
