WHAT SHOULD BE DONE:
•
Be familiar with the manual.
•
Respect all limit values indicated in this manual.
•
Before performing any maintenance make sure that the dryer is isolated from the compressed air network (inlet and outlet cut-off
valves closed) and that internal pressure has been released.
•
Before removing protection panels disconnect electrical power and allow the machine to cool down for about 15 minutes.
•
Before removing cooling fan protection grid ensure that the electrical power is disconnected.
•
Ensure that all protection panels are properly attached during operation and after any maintenance operation.
•
The inlet air should not contain any flammable gases or vapours.
WHAT SHOULD BE AVOIDED:
•
No maintenance operation except the one’s mentioned in Chapter 5 can be carried out by any personnel without the Manufacturer’s
written approval.
•
Do not modify the pressure equipment, including the calibration of control and safety devices.
•
Never place flammable objects near the dryer.
•
Never use dryer if power cable is defect or the connection is not safe.
•
Never allow anyone to operate the dryer without giving him/her proper instructions.
•
Never do any alteration to safety parts.
•
Never strike or use excessive force on internal parts.
•
Never touch any parts of the cooling circuit while machine is running. Danger – Burn hazard!
•
Never drain the condensate directly into the sewage system.
