Scrap Wrap Device
General Description
This device is design to wrap the scrap material that is coming out from the forming process.
Usually, after the material is ready to be sent out to the recycling to produce new plastic film rolls. It
is engineered to extract the plastic film that is not use from the process and rolling it as a roll
following the index paste. When the roll is big enough, you will need to remove it. The unit is driven
by a table sitting on a proximity switch. The proximity switch is activated while the plastic film is
moved by the index cycle.
