Stacker Device
General Description
This module is engineered to stack the formed products in a pile. Products are coming from the
non-woven film that had been formed and cut previously by the trim press. Before entering in the
stacking section, the products are still holding to raw scrap material by little nick that had been
done in the die of trim press section. It will need to get push with a tool present in the stacking
system.
Depending of the product, the operator can choose how he wants the products to get stacked. It
can be stack upward.
For these purposes, the unit is equipped with two movements driven by servo motors. The upward
stacking push the pieces from the lower stacker to the upper on some spring blades installed on
the machine.
In the next chart showing, OMG use letters to define which mode the stacker is in to. The choice is
made by the operator and proper tooling must be installed regarding which mode is been choose.
