If the processing speed becomes slower due to the higher load to the controller, the message appears and you
cannot use the [Large lower coarsely] button on the [Focus] tab.
If the available space in the hard disk is reduced, the data processing speed may become extremely slow or the
error may occur. Delete the unnecessary data files frequently. For procedures to delete the data files, refer to
the instruction manual for Microsoft Windows®.
To exit the application, click the [Exit] button at the top right corner of the screen.
Be careful, if you exit the application using the [End Process] button on the [Task Manager] dialog box in
Microsoft Windows, the last window settings are not saved.
If the virus search, sleep function, screen saver, etc. are activated while operating this system, the data
acquisition could fail or the system operation could become unstable.
Disable the automatic virus search while operating this system. Also, disable the sleep function and the screen
saver before using the system. (The sleep function and the screen saver have been disabled in the factory
default settings.)
If this system operation becomes unstable, save all image data being opened and exit the application once.
And then, turn off and on the power of the microscope frame or that of the control box again, and restart the
application. If the status is not improved, restart the controller.
If you terminated the application forcibly, turn off and on the power of the microscope frame or the control
box and the controller again, and restart the application.
If you connected the controller to a LAN yourself, the load may be applied to the controller via network while
operating this system, and the data acquisition may fail.
If you replace the controller with a newly purchased controller, its operation will not be ensured.
Use the basic software DSX10-BSW in the following cases:

If you need to reinstall the application due to some failures
・
If you set BIOS and OS for the controller PC
・
If you backup or restore the Windows 10 system
・
If you install the viewer mode (license free)
(If you start the application without connecting the USB license key, the application starts in viewer mode. As
the viewer mode is license free, you can freely install the viewer mode using the DVD-ROM that contains the
application.)
If you reinstalled or restored the operating system for some reason, be sure to restart the controller before
installing the basic software.
4.1 Detaching the transport locks
The zoom head (DSX10-UZH or DSX10-SZH), the microscope frame (DSX10-TF or DSX10-UF) and the motorized stage
(DSX10-RMTS or DSX10-MTS) are equipped with transport locks.
For the procedure to detach transport locks, refer to the respective assembly method.
