The Mobile DataVault FastRestore SE Backup &
Disaster Recovery System uses transportable external
hard drives that provide 1,200 Gs of patented shock
and vibration protection. Compared to tape, this
solution provides higher capacity, up to
2500% faster
restoration times, 3-10X faster backup times
and
costs less than most popular DLT, AIT and LTO tape
drives. The transportable hard drives are about the
size of a VHS cassette, and fi t into most offsite archival
carriers. A desktop hot-swap chassis is included, which
makes daily rotations easy; your server stays on during
rotations. This scalable solution is infi nitely expandable
and compatible with Olixir’s full line of Mobile DataVault
Transportable External Hard Drives, allowing unlimited
versatility when choosing rotation schedules or
increasing capacity. This system is backed with a 3-year
