ADJUSTMENT OF PRINTHEAD AND PROBES

MACHINE STATUS:

Photosensor in axis with head needles.

CONDITIONS TO BE CHECKED:

Distance between roller/ribbon protection bracket and needle profile.

PROCEDURE:

Position the probes, roller (1) and ribbon protection bracket (2) so as to obtain the positions indicated in the
figure in relation to the needle profile and fasten these. Secure the photosensor (3) in contact with the
reference profile. Check correct symmetry of the “windows” (4) of the photosensor with needle head axis (5).
