Setup and Registration (System Menu) > System Menu

Paper Jam before Staple

The page from which printing is resumed when a paper jam occurs during a job with 

stapling can be selected.

Value

Resume at Top of Page: Resume printing from the first page of the document.
Resume at Jammed Page: Resume printing from the page where the jam 
occurred.

NOTE

Requires the optional Document Finisher.

Skewed or Multi Originals

Set what to do when it is detected that skewed originals or multiple stacked originals 

have been sent.

Value

Ignore: The setting is ignored and the job is printed.
Display Error: Message to cancel printing is displayed.

NOTE

Requires the optional Document Processor (Dual Scan with Skewed and Multifeed 

Detection).

Continue or Cancel Err. Job

Set which users can cancel or continue operations for jobs which were paused due to 

an error.

Value

: All Users, Job Owner Only

NOTE

Administrator can cancel all jobs regardless of this setting.

Staple Waste Full Error

Set what to do when the staple waste box becomes full during printing.

Value

Ignore: The setting is ignored and the job is printed.
Display Error: Message to cancel printing is displayed.

NOTE

Requires the optional 100-sheet Staple Finisher.
