Troubleshooting 

OPERATION GUIDE

CAUTION: 

The fuser unit inside the printer is hot. Do not touch it with your 

hands as it may result in burn injury. Remove jammed paper carefully.

Push the paper transfer unit back in and close the fuser cover and rear 
cover. 

[Paper jam MP Tray]

Paper is jammed at the MP tray. Remove the jammed paper using the 
procedure given below.

Remove the paper jammed at the MP tray.

Open and close the paper transfer unit (the paper jam error will be reset).
