Setting the printing area for folio paper

Description

Changes the printing area for copying on folio paper.

Purpose

To prevent cropped images on the trailing edge or left/right side of copy paper by setting the

actual printing area for folio paper.

Setting

1. Press the start key.

2. Select the item to be set.

3. Change the setting value using the cursor left/right keys.

4. Press the start key. The value is set.

Completion

Press the stop key. The screen for selecting a maintenance item No. is displayed.

Checking the operation of the fan motors

Description

Drives each fan motor.

Purpose

To check the operation of each fan motor.

Method

1. Press the start key.

2. Select the fan motor to be operated.

3. Press the start key. The operation starts.

To stop operation, press the stop key.
