(11) Remove the protective tapes for the toner car-

tridges of each color to remove protective films.

Note:

Make sure that the toner cartridges are pushed all
the way in.

(12) Close the front door.
(13) Open the right door.

(14) Remove the protective sheet.

(15) Push down the lever of the fusing unit cover.

(16) Remove the protective materials (two places)

from the fusing section.

(17) Push up the lever of the fusing unit cover.
(18) Remove the protective materials from the trans-

fer roller unit.

(19) Close the right door.
