5.8.2 Connection of the power supply cable (Y type) to the appliance terminal block
The power supply cable may be replaced solely by the manufacturer, by the manufactur-
er's service network, or by an independent fully licensed electrician (the appliance is sup-
plied with the power supply cable already fitted).
To access the power connection terminal block, proceed as follows:
• Disconnect power;
• Remove the protective cover located internally on the right-hand side (pos. 1,
fig. 6).
• The power connection terminals are located in the space under the cover.

The connection cable must be secured with the clamp on the appliance to protect the elec-
trical connections against strain on the cable.
The earth wire must be of sufficient length to ensure that any strain applied to the cable
would result, in extreme cases, in the detachment of the live and neutral wires before be-
ing exerted on the earth wire.
