Functional description

Thermostat knob (1) clockwise will cause operation indicator light (2) to illuminate. Line
indicator light (3) remains illuminated until the thermostat is set to 0. When the set tem-
perature is reached, operation indicator light (2) will switch off. Safety thermostat indica-
tor light (4) will illuminate if the safety thermostat trips. This indicator light will switch
off when the pasta cooker is switched off and the safety thermostat has been reset as de-
scribed in the instructions given further ahead in this handbook.
The various thermostat knob settings are shown in figure 2.
