The incubating system can be equipped with an external Free Sensor (Fine Gauge

Thermocouple- Optional added to the system with the purchase of UNO-TS software), which

allows measuring the temperature inside a reference well. Use the Fine Gauge Thermocouple

to calibrate the chamber’s temperature or simply to check the specimen temperature once the

steady state is reached.
