Components and dimensions

H301-NIKON-NZ100/200/500-N includes the following components:

•

Chamber main body

with embedded temperature sensor

•

Sliding heated glass lid

with Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) conductive coating and embedded temperature sensor

•

Chamber riser

. It is a removable frame increasing the height of the chamber from 27 to 33 mm, often re-

quired when using multi-well (MW) plates

Distance between focal plane

and upper side of the glass

lid without the chamber riser
