All authorized Okidata resellers may order spare parts and consumables for Okidata products.
Orders are placed through our Logistics Department.

When a technician has successfully completed a product certification course and the dealer has
become service authorized, an information package will be provided to the dealer. The Okidata
Service Center Reference Guide outlines:
