This section describes messages displayed on the operator panel.
□ : It means that any message is displayed in the upper row.
[CODE] : Displays a random number.
[INFO] : Displays a random message.
[FS_ERR] : Displays a random number.
[ERRCODE] : Displays a random number.
[SUBCODE] : Displays a random number.
[COVER] : Displays the top cover or the feeder cover.
Message Description
PLEASE WAIT Wait until the machine is ready to print.
INITIALIZING This machine is being initialized. Wait until the machine
is ready to print.
MENU RESETTING Menu items are being reset. Wait until the machine is
ready to print.

NETWORK INITIAL
Network settings are being initialized. Wait until the
machine is ready to print.
DETECTED AN ABNORMALITY OF
INTERNAL DATABASE
AFTER PRESSING [OK] THE DATA WILL
BE DELETED AND THEN REBOOT
An error has occurred in the internal database of this
machine. Press «OK» to delete the data. Then, the
machine will restart.
PU FLASH ERROR The machine cannot start.
Please contact your dealer.
READY TO PRINT This machine is ready to print.
OFFLINE This machine is offline. Press «ONLINE» to make the
machine ready to print.
FILE ACCESSING The file system inside of this machine is being
accessed. Wait until the machine is ready to print.
DATA ARRIVE Data is being received.
PROCESSING Data is being processed.
DATA There is still data that has not been printed in the
machine.
PRINTING Printing is in progress.
PRINT DEMO PAGE Demonstration pages are being printed.
PRINT CONFIGURATION Setting items of the machine are being printed.
PRINT FILE LIST A list of files stored in the file system of this machine is
being printed.
PRINT ERROR LOG The error Log is being printed.

[kkk] indicates the number of sheets being printed,
and [lll] indicates the total print count.
CANCELING JOB Printing is being canceled.
