Printing by using the presenter unit
The optional presenter unit allows you to hold the printed paper in the paper exit instead of
ejecting it.
The following action modes are available.
Mode 1: Holds the printed paper at the paper exit. After you pull out the printed paper, the
machine begins printing the next page.
Mode 2: Holds the last printed paper at the paper exit, and then ejects it once the next printing
starts. The last sheet of paper is held at the paper exit until the next printing starts.
Off: Ejects the printed paper.
• Setting the mode

Install the presenter unit into the machine.
• For the detailed procedure, refer to "Installing the presenter unit" (Page 30) .

Turn on power of the machine.
• For details on how to turn on the power, refer to "Turning the power on" (Page 34) .

Check that "READY TO PRINT" appears on the display.

Press « ∧ » or « ∨ » several times to display [ADMIN SETUP], and then
press «OK».

Input the password when [ENTER PASSWORD] is displayed.
• The default password is "999999".

After you have input the password, press «OK».

Press « ∧ » or « ∨ » several times to display [PRINT SETUP], and press «OK».

Press « ∧ » or « ∨ » several times to display [PRESENTER MODE], and
then press «OK».

When the setting value flashes, press « ∧ » or « ∨ » to display your
desired value, and then press «OK».

Press «BACK» or «ONLINE» until "READY TO PRINT" appears on the display.
