1. Remove the upper right cover.
2. Remove the upper front cover mounting screw under the upper right cover.
3. Remove the book scanner glass.
Note: If it is hard to remove the book scanner glass, remove the upper front cover.

Note: When attaching the book scanner glass to the unit, be sure to insert it under the projection.
