Removing the air damper servomotor

1. Disconnect the cables according to the instructions.
2. Loosen the shaft coupling locking plate fixing screws (shaft coupling is left attached
to the air damper).
3. Remove the servomotor fixing screws and remove the servomotor.
4. Fasten the new servomotor to the shaft coupling. Make sure that
● the locking plate is aligned with the aligning surface of servomotor’s shaft.
● the air damper turns freely by turning the servomotor
5. Tighten the locking plate fixing screws.
6. Tighten the servomotor fixing screws.
7. Connect the cables according to the instructions.
Make sure that the shaft coupling fixing screws are adequately
tightened.
Addressing servomotor
The address is determined by connector position (X32-X34). Determination can be
changed with a PC tool.
6.5 Testing safety and control devices
Perform safety tests for the following components always during burner maintenance or
checking. Perform tests at least once a year.
