Settings
Security
The security mode is turned off by default but can be enabled at any time.

Click on the check box, and a message will appear to make sure it is intentional that the
Security function is being turned on.

If the Security feature was used in this database at any time in the past, then
Administrator(s) will already exist. (If this is the case, make sure the administrator
credentials have been recorded and are accessible.)

If no Administrator was ever created, the operator will be given an option to create a
login.
§
After the login is created, the user immediately will be required to log in to use the
software.
§
After the Security is turned on, and an Administrator is logged in, the Administrator can
then add other Operators and/or Administrators.

Administrator vs. Operator
§
When Security is activated, to gain access to the software, a person will need login
credentials. These credentials either will be assigned to Operator or Administrator status.
§
Operator status allows a person to log into OHD Logic and run tests, reports, add people,
and all of the regular functions of a fit testing program.
§
Administrators are unique from Operators in that Administrators can gain access to all of
the setup items.

If the password is lost or forgotten and nobody can gain access to the software or to the
Settings functions, OHD must be contacted, +1-205-980-0180,
techsupport@ohdglobal.com. The person requesting login information must be able to
prove that they have authority to control the software (as determined by OHD's tech
support team). OHD claims no liability as to the privacy of a customer's data.
