FOR CONTINUED PROTECTION AGAINST SHOCK HAZARD
CONNECT THE AC VERSION OF THE T72XW INDICATOR TO
PROPERLY GROUNDED OUTLET ONLY. DO NOT REMOVE THE
GROUND PRONG.
DO NOT USE THE T72XW INDICATOR IN AREAS CLASSIFIED AS
HAZARDOUS BECAUSE OF COMBUSTIBLE OR EXPLOSIVE
ATMOSPHERES. CONTACT AN AUTHORIZED OHAUS
REPRESENTATIVE FOR INFORMATION ABOUT HAZARDOUS
AREA APPLICATIONS.
WHEN THIS EQUIPMENT IS INCLUDED AS A COMPONENT PART
OF A SYSTEM, THE RESULTING DESIGN MUST BE REVIEWED BY
QUALIFIED PERSONNEL WHO ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE
CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF ALL COMPONENTS IN THE
SYSTEM AND THE POTENTIAL HAZARDS INVOLVED. FAILURE TO
OBSERVE THIS PRECAUTION COULD RESULT IN BODILY HARM
AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
BEFORE CONNECTING/DISCONNECTING ANY INTERNAL
ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS OR INTERCONNECTING WIRING
BETWEEN ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT ALWAYS REMOVE POWER
AND WAIT AT LEAST THIRTY (30) SECONDS BEFORE ANY
CONNECTIONS OR DISCONNECTIONS ARE MADE. FAILURE TO
OBSERVE THESE PRECAUTIONS COULD RESULT IN DAMAGE
TO OR DESTRUCTION OF THE EQUIPMENT AND/OR BODILY
HARM.
1.6 Inspection and Contents Checklist
Verify the contents and inspect the package immediately upon delivery. If the shipping container is damaged, check
for internal damage and file a freight claim with the carrier if necessary. If the container is not damaged, remove the
indicator from its protective package, noting how it was packed, and inspect each component for damage.
If shipping the indicator is required, it is best to use the original shipping container. The indicator must be packed
correctly to ensure its safe transportation.
