10.5.1.
Setting the network address
For the configuration, the network address, subnet mask and the address of the default gateway
must be specified correctly. In order to simplify the entry of these parameters, this is done ac-
cording to the following scheme:
1.
Connect the USB stick to the controller card
2.
Call up the menu item "Write CONFIG.TXT"
A file with the name "CONFIG.TXT" is created on the USB stick.
This contains the relevant network parameters.
Example (factory setting):
[IP-Config]
IP-Address=10.0.0.68
Gateway=0.0.0.0
Subnet=255.255.255.0
[SPS]
Port=2000
[MAC]

3.
Adjust the configuration file "CONFIG.TXT" on the USB stick on the PC or laptop
4.
Connect the USB stick to the controller card
5.
Call up the menu item "Read CONFIG.TXT"
