Serial debug interface (J3)

The UART0 port of the processor is exposed as a 1x6 header J3 (shown below). This interface
serves as a debug port that can be accessed via USB port of a laptop/computer using a USB to
Serial interface adapter. The processor sends status messages to this port during boot up
allowing for debug and development.
