TROUBLESHOOTING STRIDE ERRORS
If the LX8000T stride is not adjusting properly and you do not feel or hear the stride motors working, perform the following steps:

Run diagnostics by tapping the Octane logo “

” on the main screen, use Password
922
and then press
Enter
.
If Right or Left Stride Errors are present, clear the errors by pressing
Reset
and then
Exit
.
Inspect stride motor connections by disconnecting the power supply, removing the mast boot and hood, disconnecting the battery
and then disconnecting/reconnecting the stride motor connections.
Reconnect the battery and the power supply, and then test the machine: you should hear and feel the stride motors adjusting. If stride
motors are working, reattach the hood and mast boot and you’re done.
If stride motors still are not working, continue on with step
4
