10. OTS app
The OTS app is available for all devices with an Android
or iOS operating system.
10.1 Download the app and register
Material damage
The OTS app is available from OCHSNER in the
“Google Play Store” and “App Store”. Apps from
the “Google Play Store” and “App Store” undergo
regular security checks. Installing apps from other
sources, for example via direct download, can af-
fect the security of your device and put your heating
system data at risk.

Do not install any apps from untrusted sourc-
es.

Keep the OCHSNER app up to date.
»
Open the “Google Play Store” on a device with an An-
droid operating system.
»
Open the “App Store” on a device with an iOS operat-
ing system.
»
Search for Ochsner.
»
Install the app.
»
Open the app.
»
Select “Register”.
»
Select “Scan QR code”.

Scan the QR code from the supplied service book.
Note
In order to be able to scan the QR code, the OTS
app requires access to the camera on your device.

Allow access to the camera.
Note
If there is no camera available or if scanning the
QR code isn‘t working you can also enter the code
manually.

Complete the registration form.
After successful registration, you will receive a confirma -
tion email.

Confirm registration.
»
Log in to the app using the login data generated dur-
ing registration.
10.2 App management
The “App management” screen shows the controllers of all
heat pumps that are activated in your app. Here you can
add new controllers and delete any you no longer use. You
can also start test mode.
10.2.1 Opening app management
Note
When starting the app for the first time, the “App
management” screen automatically opens.

Open the menu via the main screen of the app.

10.3 Test mode
The OTS app includes a test mode with which the app can
be tested before the system is commissioned.
