9.3.5 Cooling version
Material damage
Only gentle cooling down to a flow temperature
of 18°C is permitted with the indoor unit.
9.3.6 Connecting the DHW
The indoor unit is fitted with a 3-way switching module for
switching between the DHW circuit and the heating circuit.
► Do not exceed the maximum permissible operating
pressure. (See page 52 , Specification)
► The appliance must be operated with pressure
fittings.
► A safety valve is required.
► The following materials are permissible for the cold
water inlet:
- Galvanised steel
- Stainless steel
- Copper
- Plastic
► The following materials are permissible for the DHW
outlet:
- Stainless steel
- Copper
- Plastic

Before connecting the heat pump, flush the pipework
through with filtered flushing water according to the
relevant standards. Foreign bodies such as rust,
sealing material and swarf will impair the operational
reliability of the heat pump.

Make the appropriate connections from the DHW
outlet and cold water inlet on the indoor unit to your
DHW system.
