Sauté
1. Choose a large stove or a flat wok compatible with the ceramic tables.
2. Prepare all the ingredients and utensils you will need. This cooking mode
is fast. If you want to cook large quantities of food in this way, proceed in
small batches.
3. Preheat the pan briefly and add two tablespoons of oil.
4. Cook meat first, then set aside and keep warm.
5. Sauté the vegetables. When they are hot and still crispy, lower the
temperature of the plate then put the meat and add your sauce.
6. Gently stir the ingredients to ensure even cooking.
7. Serve immediately.
