Option Units

This appendix explains how to install each option unit. Also see the manuals of the respective option units.

The printer has the following options available. For instructions on installing individual options, see the following section on
page

B-3

and documentation included with the option.

Available Options

It is recommended that you install expansion memory of 16

MB or more (total printer memory 32 MB or more) for

sufficient printer's performance when you use KPDL3

Upgrade Kit.
