The scan function 143
How to scan special originals from the glass plate

Put the original on the glass plate, in the upper left corner. Make sure that the
original is in readable form. The readable form is face down and in horizontal
orientation or vertical orientation.
Note:
Put the original in the upper left corner of the glass plate.

Press the function key 'Scan'(see ‘Types of scan job settings’ on page 136).

Use the arrow keys to select a profile.

Press the function key 'Edit...'

Define the settings for the original in the 'Original' section.

Press the function key 'File'.

Define the page size of the file.
You can select a default page size. You can also define a page size in the
percentage box.

Press the function key 'Image' to define the image type and exposure.

Press the Start key to export the scan job to file.
