'Copy type' The icons in the function box show the orientation of the
information and the binding edge of the copies.
When you place the originals in the automatic document
feeder, the 'Original type' setting is passed on to the 'Copy
type' setting.
You can change the 'Copy type' setting, but you cancel the
link between the settings.
To restore the link, press the Correction key .
The default 'Copy type' setting is used for a copy job on the
platen.

The 'Normal' value is the default setting.

The 'Booklet' function allows you to create a finished
booklet (see ‘
Create a booklet ’ on page 56 ).
The properties of the booklet are defined by the feed
direction, the selected paper size and the orientation of
the information on the originals.
Four images are default printed on one sheet of paper.
Some settings are disabled by the 'Booklet' setting.
See the result of the settings in the feedback box, next to
the 'Copy type' function box

The '2-Images' function allows you to create two images
on one copy page.
The size of the images remains unchanged, so the default
for the selected paper tray will be changed.
To reduce the paper size twice, select the size of the
original for the copy (see ‘
Make an enlarged or reduced
copy ’ on page 50 ).
