You can select ’Store’, ’Print’ or ’Store/Print’.
After every action the current status of the job will be displayed on top of the window. The
basic processing steps are:

’submitted...’ The file has been transmitted and the print job is being prepared.
’work...’ The print job is being processed.
’finished/stored’ The print job has been finished and has been transferred to the print queue or
print file library
’List of files/print jobs’ 'Source = uploaded': Lists all files uploaded to the server.
'Source = Archive': Lists all files in the print file library selected under ’Tar-
get’.
’upload/view’ 'Source = uploaded': press the ’upload’ button to activate the fields for se-
lecting and uploading files. It is also possible to upload a Zip file. The con-
tents of this file will be available in the Web Client for further processing.
The size of the unpacked Zip file will be extracted to check the upload limit.
Warning: Invalid file names in the Zip file will be adjusted automatically.
'Source = Archive': Press the ’View’ button to view a selected document in
the print file library.
’Ren’ You can rename the selected file.
’Del’ You can delete the selected files.
’Job Name’ Job name which should be valid for the print job in PRISMAproduction. Al-
phanumeric strings with underscores are allowed.
’Copies’ Number of copies to be printed. You can insert numbers between 1 and
31767
’Format’ Select the input format from the list. Dependet on the available licenses, the
following formats are offered:
IOCA, PSunity, TIFF, PDFunity, PCL.
’Paper Size’ Select the size of the (physical) paper. Make sure that the page you want to
print fits on the selected paper.
