With the entries 'Standard Papers' and 'User Defined Papers' you can chose between the
units 'mm' and 'inch'.
Each entry shows different items in the paper table:
If you select 'User defined Papers' you can define the following parameters for each paper:
’User defined Papers’ Select this entry to specify the paper to be used in each paper tray. The
papers which are offered in the 'Printer-Input Devices' have to be de-
fined here.
’Standard Papers’ Paper types which are most commonly used are already predefined and
are shown in the table, if you select this entry. These papers are offered
in the PJM - Convert - dialog. They are only defined by size.
’Forms’ Select this entry to define forms, which are assigned to a job via the PJM
-Convert-dialog.
’Tabs’ All available tabs are descibed in this table. These tabs are provided fpr
tab printing in the PJM. You have to select the type, which has the same
number, size and sorting as the tabs inserted.
’Paper Name’ Freeform name to identify the paper. You can cred, clear red, light red,
dark red, clear light red, clear dark red.hoose some standard names
from a list box if you click into the name field. Maximum length: 20 char-
acters.
’Weight’ Paper weight. Integer values from 40g/m² to 200g/m².
’Color’ Any color of the paper. Some colors are offered in a list box. 'Transper-
ent' switches ’Type’ to transperent film. Max. length of the field: 40 char-
acters.
For every color in the combo box a defined hex code will be inserted in
the data stream. For other colors, which you insert manually, a special
hex code for ’Custom Color’ is inserted.
Additionally you can use so calles color prefixes: clear, light or dark,
where clear can be combined with light oe dark.
Example: Possible combinations of the color red: red, clear red, light
red, dark red, clear light red, clear dark red.
’Type’ Plain: No presorting possible.
