Cool-function
Use the cool-function (marked “COOL”) before you release the hair from the
brush. This gives better and longer lasting curls. Continue with the next strand.
The cool-function works the same way if you use the hairbrush.
Superheating
The appliance is protected against superheating caused by e.g. a covered or
blocked air intake. If the appliance stops when in use, switch off the appliance
to let it cool off before it is switched on again.
Maintenance and cleaning
• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning and let it cool off.
• Remove hair from the attachments so that the bristles can easily be
retracted.
• If the retractable bristles get stuck in retractable mode they might need
some cleaning. Remove the brush from the appliance and let it soak in
water and some mild detergent for 10 minutes. Rinse and dry carefully after.
• Clean the air intake regularly. Use a small brush to remove hair and
dust, you can also vacuum the intake when the appliance is shut off and
unplugged.
• Clean the surface with a slightly dampened cloth and wipe it dry afterwards.
• Never immerse the appliance or cord in water or any other liquid.
• Do not wind the cord around the appliance.
• Store in a safe dry place out of reach for children.
Disposal of the appliance
Legislation requires that all electrical and electronic equipment must be
collected for reuse and recycling. Electrical and electronic equipment
marked with the symbol indicating separate collection of such equipment
must be returned to a municipal waste collection point.
Warranty
Claim according to valid law. Machine stamped receipt shall be enclosed if one
wishes to make a complaint. The appliance shall be returned to the store where it
was purchased.
