Roast beef
1 kg roast beef
1 tablespoon oil
salt

Preheat the grill for 10 minutes at max setting. Grease the meat with oil
and herbs.
Place the beef on foil with folded edges. Place the thermometer so that
the tip hits the middle part of the beef. Grill first for 10 minutes at max
setting.
Turn the beef after half the time. When the temperature hits 70 degrees
the beef is juicy and pink inside. When the temperature hits 77 degrees
the beef is well done.
2. Grilling without lid
Pork chops
6 chops
Marinade
1 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons soya
2 tea spoons chilli sauce
1 tablespoon oil
Heat the marinade ingredients in a saucepan until the honey has melted.
Place the chops in a dish and pour the marinade. Turn the chops. Leave
the chops in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Preheat the grill. Grill the chops for appr. 4 minutes on each side max
setting. Reduce the heat and grill for 6 minutes. Flavuor with salt.
